OneDosh is a platform that unifies stablecoins and traditional banking in one seamless ecosystem. We enable borderless payments, allowing you to send, receive, and spend money globally with lower fees and faster transfers than traditional banks.

How does OneDosh work?

OneDosh combines the speed of blockchain technology with the familiarity of traditional banking. You can hold both stablecoins (like USDT, USDC) and fiat currencies in one wallet, convert between them instantly, and spend using virtual or physical cards anywhere in the world.

Who can use OneDosh?

OneDosh is designed for freelancers, remote workers, global professionals, stablecoin native earners, and small business owners who need to send or receive payments across borders. Anyone who wants faster, cheaper international transfers can benefit from our platform.

When will OneDosh be available?

OneDosh is now live! You can download the app now on iOS and Android. Create your account, verify your identity, and starting moving your money instantly.

What currencies and stablecoins does OneDosh support?

We support major fiat currencies including USD, NGN, and popular stablecoins like USDT and USDC. We’re continuously adding support for more currencies based on user demand and regulatory approval.

How fast are OneDosh transfers?

Stablecoin transfers are processed in seconds, while fiat transfers typically take minutes to a few hours depending on the destination country and payment method. This is significantly faster than traditional bank transfers that can take 3-5 business days.

What are the fees for sending money?

We don’t believe in hidden fees- instead we make them very clear throughout our product experience. Our fees are continuously changing as we scale and grow our platform. Today, we charge a fee of 0.5% when funding your card. As well as a 1% service fee for converting USD->NGN or NGN->USD our partner also charges a 1% fee for these transactions.

Are there limits on how much I can send?

Transfer limits depend on your verification level and local regulations. Verified users typically have higher limits. We'll provide specific limit information during the onboarding process based on your location and use case.

What types of cards does OneDosh offer?

We offer both virtual and physical debit cards. Virtual cards are available instantly for online purchases, while physical cards can be shipped to your address for in-person transactions. Both cards work globally wherever Visa/Mastercard is accepted.

Are there fees for using OneDosh cards?

We aim to keep card fees minimal and transparent. There may be small fees for ATM withdrawals or foreign exchange, but we don't charge monthly maintenance fees. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you make any transaction.

Can I spend both stablecoins and fiat with my card?

Yes! Your OneDosh card automatically converts between your available balances (stablecoins and fiat) at competitive rates when you make purchases. You can set preferences for which balance to use first.

How secure is OneDosh?

Security is our top priority. We use bank-grade encryption, multi-signature wallets for stablecoin storage, and comply with global financial regulations including AML/KYC requirements. Your funds are protected by multiple layers of security.

What documents do I need to verify my account?

You'll need a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). The exact requirements may vary based on your country of residence and intended usage.

How are my funds protected?

Fiat funds are held in segregated accounts with licensed financial institutions. Stablecoins are stored in secure, multi-signature wallets. We maintain insurance coverage and follow strict regulatory guidelines to protect your assets.

Which countries does OneDosh support?

OneDosh is available for US and Nigerian residents today. Additional countries are coming soon — please email info@onedosh.com to request support for your country.

Will there be a mobile app?

Yes! We're developing mobile apps for both iOS and Android, along with a web platform. The mobile app will offer the full OneDosh experience including payments, card management, and account controls.
